3rd Line Support (Third Line Support), ITIL, MCP / MCSE, Telephony, Terminal Services, MS Virtualisation, SQL Server DBA, Web site administration, Networking is now sought to join an expanding financial services organisation. Stepping into a key support role this is a fantastic opportunity with a dynamic and friendly IT team based in Buckinghamshire, South East England.
This exciting and challenging role involves :
o Ensuring help-desk response times, processes and prioritisation match SLAs, using ITIL structure,
o co-ordinating releases into a live environment and ensure releases are scheduled and communicated effectively,
o day-to-day monitoring of production systems,
o Supporting the infrastructure, ensuring any changes are controlled appropriately and implemented,
o order build, deploy and support of technology in line with architectural principles, for business operations and projects.
As the ideal candidate you will have solid working knowledge of :
o networking,
o web site administration,
o telephony systems,
o Terminal Services,
o MS Virtualisation,
o SQL Server DBA,
o ITIL.
Highly advantageous would be experience working within a financial services / regulated environment together with MS certification.
