My client, a business leading organisation are currently recruiting for a 3rd Line Team Leader to join their busy and successful team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a true business leader who are currently doing extremely well and are still working towards an aggressive growth plan.
This is an important role within the business and is one held in high regard.
The role will involve:
- Leadership and development of the third line team of support engineers.
- Motivating and mentoring the third line support.
- Supporting the client infrastructure by providing 3rd level support to client infrastructures and maintaining high availability through proactive measures
- Act as a technical lead for assigned clients.
- Ensure clients and partners are updated on current status of issues.
You will have:
- Experience of leading/managing a team of highly technical engineers, including performance management, appraisals and recruitment.
- Excellent understanding of website/enterprise infrastructure technology.
- Excellent Microsoft 2000/3 server skills & Cisco required.
