Account Director - Sales & Marketing Training

Rate: £55K to £75K (Permanent) + Commission (£100K+ OTE) Car/ Allowance

My client is a leading provider of Sales & Marketing Training to corporate clients. They work with tier 1 client such as GE and O2, in training their sales force to be the best. They have grown by an average of over 50% year on year over the last 5 years and the main reason is their ability to create bespoke content based on a deep understanding of their clients needs, coupled with a thorough understanding of how adults learn. As a result of their success they are now looking for 3 x Account Directors to join their team.

The Account Directors will be based from home and required to generate new business from within farmed accounts. You will need to be proactive and have excellent knowledge of the training market place. You will be selling bespoke training, tailored to your clients needs and training will be blended solutions (classroom, e-learning and simulation). The role will see you selling to C level clients from with FTSE250 companies across all sectors.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience selling training solutions to C level decision makers in corporates. You will be polished, have excellent relationship building skills, and be exceptional at presenting and closing deals. You should have a passion for training solutions and have a history of achieving and surpassing set targets. Targets will be set at £k per year and you should have pedigree of achieving such targets.
