Growth expected of over £100 Million in the next 12 Months!!

This Leading Facilities Provider is currently in the process of expanding their Management Team to embrace a target to grow their business unit to an impressive £300 Million over the next 12 Months.

With a Huge focus on Social Housing developments across the UK, this provider are responsible for the Total management of projects ranging from 40 units through to flag ship developments of over 500 houses.

These developments include all Decent Homes work as well as Void work and managing the reactive maintenance programme including buildings and grounds.

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for projects ranging between £6 Million through to £20 Million with your designated location of work. The role is a full empowerment position responsible for regular meetings with the client and managing a team of Site Managers for each of your developments.

The role demands a strong background in the Hard Services discipline with a strong skill set in Engineering or Mechanical and Electrical formats.
