Our client is the largest independent business to business Internet Services Provider in the UK, serving over 500,000 business users. By listening, understanding and responding to the needs of customers, solutions are constantly being developed to help tackle key IT issues. Security, hosting, connectivity and email have been brought together to provide the broadest range of integrated, business ready technology services. With offices strategically positioned around the UK, our client is looking to continue with their sustainable expansion plans and recruit an experienced Account Director to develop and manage existing strategic accounts (predominantly the highest revenue and profit customers) within the South East. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to target and secure fresh opportunities as an element of the role is new business focused within your territory. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as you will be able to take the lead to ensure fulfillment of all opportunities and contractual obligations whilst ensuring your client base is kept abreast of the latest product and service developments. The ideal candidate will come from a comparable background demonstrating experience of SaaS, Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Application etc all around the datacenter infrastructure. Your track record of sales target achievement demonstrates your ability to effectively maximise all potential revenue from an account base whilst expanding it still further, particularly dealing with C level contacts. A consultative approach, you have worked with complex sales cycles and have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels.
