Account Manager - Training - Surrey £45k OTE
Leatherhead - South East
My client is a leading professional training & education services company, based in Surrey (Near Kingston). Due to expansion, they are looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join their team selling Onsite training into the corporate market place. This is a great opportunity to join a market leader, and really drive your career forward.
The company sell across many verticals, but the positions we have are in the following; one in the public sector, and one in the financial sector. You would be expected to source new clients, nationwide, and sell the company’s professional training and education services into them at board-level. Once this new business is won, you would be expected to manage the accounts to a high level, up-selling and cross-selling where possible. You will be selling career development training, soft skills, and change management, for example.
The ideal candidate will come from a service background, with a demonstrable sale track record. You will also have a steady work history, with experience from within the same or similar industry. Ideally you will be degree educated, but extremely relevant candidates without will also be considered. You will be driven, motivated, and adaptable to the needs of prospective clients. You will also be open to the idea of travel.
