ACCOUNTANCY RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – HONG KONG

COMPANY:
My client has been established since 2002 and since then has built up a powerful brand and reputation in their specialist area. They are now looking for experienced Legal Recruitment Consultants for their offices based in Hong Kong to those already established in Sydney, Melbourne, Dubai and London. The company is very much boutique in style but very professional. They place legal people into the Banking & Financial services markets and in the Media markets.
This company is generally a nice place to work, their consultants come from larger companies but chose to move here because they wanted a better culture, more independence and to work for a more entrepreneurial company.
ROLE:
This will be a 360 degree role encompassing sales, service and delivery. There is a lot of business there so you need to be willing to put in time and work to make your desk successful.
ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• You must be:
• an experienced Recruiter although my client will look at Lawyers who are serious about a career in Recruitment
• credible and able to sit in front of clients at any level
• You must have:
• have a proven background in your sector
• have integrity and professionalism
PACKAGE:
Salary is negotiable depending on experience but will range from $HK60-80k per month
