An Administration Manger is required for a successful UK recruitment group based in Exeter. The successful individual must posses a natural ability to communicate effectively and problem solve. You will be I.T & numerically literate with impeccable grammar, punctuation and spelling. It is essential that the candidate has payroll & PA experience and a proven track record of managing their own and others' workloads. You will be expected to co-ordinate and provide sales support to three businesses within the group and carry out PA duties to the MD and other directors. Good working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft packages would be advantageous. Duties include aiding with payroll and invoicing, assisting credit control, liaising with head office, dealing with contractual paperwork, HR, resolving I.T issues and general office functions. Within this role you may be expected to travel to London for meetings and possibly stay over on occasions. This role would suit a highly motivated Administrator who is both proactive and autonomous with scope to make the role their own.
