Exceptional opportunity in retail fashion area management, with one of the most successful fashion retailers on the high street

Opening stores, growing like for like sales, and increasing margins, in this challenging market our client has been achieving all three for a prolonged period of time. Due to an internal promotion they are currently looking to recruit an experienced multi-site manager, capable of delivering under pressure in a high volume & challenging environment.

As an Area Manager you will be responsible for a turnover unrivalled in similar businesses, across 13 sites you will have full P&L accountability for your region's performance.You will lead a team of senior store managers through a time of growth, you must inspire & motivate them to achieve the ambitious goals. You will be expected to demonstrate exceptional commercial skills, making business-critical decisions at an extremely fast pace. You will also be expected to identify new commercial opportunity to drive sales & control cost in what is a very autonomous culture, therefore being innovative in tandem with strong process is essential.

You must have significant discount retail experience, preferably in fashion but essentially in high volume at pace, you must also have a track record of delivering growth & profit at this level.
