Business Development Director, Testing, Assessment and Talent Management. London - £50k - £70k Basic, £100k OTE plus Car Allowance and Benefits.
My Client is a global provider of Testing, Assessment and Talent Management Solutions with offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. They offer full range of HR services into the FTSE100.
They are looking to add a high calibre Business Development Director based in the London to target an exsisting account base of high value opportunities within organisations from within the FTSE 250.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will work with an account base of 12 FTSE 250 accounts where you will develop board level relationships. Your services will include a full portfolio of Testing and Assessment solutions as well as Consultantancy and Coaching.
You will have a stable career background and will be able to demonstrate success at selling high value solutions. Culture fit is key and a positive proactive approach is key to success in this role. A degree in Psychology or a related field would be advantageous.
