Our client is looking for an associate director for their London-based office. The purpose of the role is to establish, develop and help to market a profitable, high-level search & selection outsourced HR consultancy service to UK financial services firms, based on qualified introductions from internal sources and a third-party advisor, and to run those engagements on a profitable, credible and ongoing basis. Your priority will be worldwide human capital engagements where benefit planning is not required.Experience within HR management/directorship is essential.
