Our client is a design led consultancy which, over recent years, has been recognised as one of the most successful cutting edge practices in its field, A highly motivated Chartered (or equivalent) Civil/Structural Engineer is sought to assist in the management and development of a civil and structural engineering business unit. Working alongside a Director, the role requires an accomplished communicator with the ability to influence, motivate and shape a team of civil and structural engineering consultants.
Candidates must have relevant experience upon which to reflect their leadership of teams on major building designs. As an individual of high caliber, candidates shall have had sustained exposure to clients, designers, contractors and builders. Through the effectiveness of their technical management, the successful candidate shall develop these relationships and become more involved in the management of the business.
