As the infrastructure market has evolved over the last few years, the company established an embryonic Asset Management team that has won a number of significant projects and has now grown accordingly. The Directors see 2010 as an opportunity to continue this growth and are recruiting this new position which will bolster the team and play a significant part in the ongoing growth of the business.
The Associate Director will be a Chartered Engineer who has a building surveying background gained ideally in a consulting firm, allied to a good understanding of the construction sector. They will have already demonstrated the propensity to win new business from existing clients but equally from new clients and have a thorough understanding of the personal interaction that goes into developing internal and external relationships.
The company is looking for a future leader, someone who is not afraid to propose new ideas and put forward their own thoughts to the existing management team as well as potentially have the ability to lead the existing Asset Management team.
