Associate Director

The Group, with a turnover approaching £100m, is a privately owned business with interests in property development, construction, consultancy and project management. Operating across the UK, it has grown year on year to become a major force in the sector, with a number of high profile blue chip clients.

Each of the operating businesses is independent with its own management board which are charged with continuing and growing upon the successes of the past. The consultancy business has rapidly developed a number of specialist fields including CDM and Health & Safety assessments. The success of these businesses, a strong pipeline of work allied to a growth orientated business plan has created these two new roles.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Regional Manager will be client facing with responsibility for leading the business development in their region, generating fee income from new and existing clients as well as increasing the company’s market presence in the local business community. With full P&L responsibility for the region they will manage, motivate and develop the existing teams and expand the team in order to manage the increased client book.

The successful candidate will be of graduate calibre with a number of years in a fee generating client facing role in the construction industry as well as an understanding of CDM and health & safety issues. The company has a demonstrable track record of promoting from within and as a consequence candidates should be looking to further their career with them.
