Associate / Director – Building Services

Our client is a global multi disciplinary firm of consulting engineers who are one of the leading players across a wide range of sectors.

Their Building and Property teams are now beginning to recover after what has been 2 lean years and due to recent project awards they now have a requirement in their building services team (M&E) for 2 Associate Directors to work in their North West offices.

We are looking for two candidates, one mechanical and one electrical who are capable of fulfilling an Associate role and who have worked in a similar environment.

Candidates will ideally be degree qualified and possibly Chartered engineers or with a comparable qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering. We require experienced individuals who are comfortable in front of clients and capable of generating new work from their own contact base. Knowledge of the North West clients and supply chain is important. In addition experience of managing and leading teams on complex multi disciplinary projects is also important.

This is a key role for our client and candidates who can show initiative, take responsibility and demonstrate leadership during these difficult economic conditions will be looked upon favourably.
