We are managing multiple assignments in Switzerland for positions in general accounting, IFRS, internal audit and SOX, as well as business controlling roles.
These companies target high potential candidates with good academic backgrounds who have worked in the Big Four, achieving Audit Manager or Senior Manager level.
On joining you would typically spend two years in such a role before moving on to another role, most likely in business controlling. It is normal to move between assignments every two years in order to ensure candidates gain a broad experience of finance.
Seeking:
•Excellent academic record with good first degree and preferably CPA or MBA.
•Proven communication skills to facilitate communication with top management.
•Collaborative relationship building.
•Several years experience with Big Four.
•Fluency in English.
