Client Partner/New Business Sales- £60K Base £80K OTE- Outplacement/Career Transition/Talent Management
My client is a full service HR consulting group with the ability to help clients with all of their people challenges. With a strong UK presence and international capability and a reputation for delivering innovative and cost effective HR solutions to clients in all sectors they are uniquely placed to profit from the continued uncertainty in the UK jobs market. Due to growth and ambitious plans for the future they now require sales people to join their UK sales team in a number of regions of the country.
This role will see you work as an accountable sales person as part of a highly motivated and supportive sales team. You will inherit a portfolio of accounts some of which are transactional in nature whilst others have real potential to grow into real revenue generators. Regardless of their size you will be expected to service their needs and build credibility whilst selling outplacement services, training, assessment and coaching. You will also raise awareness of the company within HR departments of corporate clients from a number of vertical markets. In addition the role will involve attending and organising marketing events aimed at HR decision makers.
The ideal candidate will already have a proven sales track record into HR departments and existing contacts at Director level. The ability to sell consultatively and diagnose organisational issues as well as come up with solutions to these problems will also be key. A true sales focus whilst combined with the emotional intelligence to work as a partner with companies going through trying times is also essential. Real opportunities are likely to exist within this company in the medium term so someone with the desire to progress their career rather than simply find a new job will also be important.
This role comes with a negotiable base salary up to £60K plus car allowance, flexible working conditions and a generous flexible benefits scheme. Also available is a bonus structure based on individual and company performance offering a further 30% on top of base salary.
