An unbelievable opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and hungry, new business hunting Business Development Manager at a highly reputable, dynamic and successful market leading Document Management Solutions provider.

The Role
As the Business Development Manager you will charged with developing new business selling the full portfolio of Document Management Solutions, including Records Management, Document Process Outsourcing, Scanning, Shredding, Print Outsourcing and Digital Mail Room, to various sectors and industries for a highly reputable specialist company. You will have an open remit to target any potential clients in the UK, following well qualified leads supplied by a lead generation services. The first year target will be £2m revenue.
The Candidate
The successful candidate for this Business Development Manager position will be a new business hunter and have previous experience and a proven and successful track record in Document Management Solutions/Records Management/Document Process Outsourcing/Scanning/Shredding/Print Outsourcing /Digital Mail Room. You will be self-motivated, hungry for success and target-driven, with the tenacity required to succeed in a challenge but highly rewarding environment.
The Package
For this Business Development Manager Role you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £50,000 and £70,000, with an aggressive uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £120,000. Additional benefits include pension, car, laptop and phone.
