An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Fluent German speaker to work as a Business Development Manager selling Employee Rewards/Employee Recognition services into HR departments at corporate companies in Germany (DACH region), for a market leading, multi-award winning specialist company.

The Role
As a Business Development Manager you will charged with developing new business and account management, selling Employee Rewards/Employee Recognition solutions for a market leading, multi-awarding winning specialist Company. The role will involve selling to HR departments at corporate companies in the German market (DACH region).
The Candidate
The Business Development Manager must be a fluent German speaker, based in London, Hamburg, Frankfurt or Koln. You will have abundant experience and a proven track record selling in the HR departments of corporate companies in Germany (DACH region), dealing with HR Managers and HR Directors.
Your experience will preferable be in the sale of HR related services and solutions, for example career management, outplacement, learning and development, HR consultancy, management consultancy, talent management, psychometric testing or training and development.
You will be a consultative and polished individual, educated to degree level.
The Package
For this Business Development Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £50,000 and £60,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to between £80,000 and £100,000. Additional benefits include pension, car allowance of £6,000, laptop and phone.
