Business Development Manager, Financial Training, £50k-£70k, OTE £120k
Deal with the biggest names in the global Financial market, earning six figures whilst ensuring that they meet the stringent demands of today’s compliance and regulatory market.
This company has offices in the four top financial centres of the world, and has a ten-year track record in providing end-to-end financial training; from graduate development; regulatory compliance; technical banking skills; growth programmes; professional services and more. They collaborate with their blue-chip clients in order to provide bespoke packages that meet the requirements of their entire training needs. This new business focused sale role involves control of the full sales cycle from initial contact, meetings in order to demonstrate ROI, establish client needs and design the bespoke solution, closing the deal, and later account management and relationship development.
This senior level role is looking for a talented, consultative salesperson with a proven track record in bespoke financial solution sales. A background in Financial Training or Compliance would enable you to truly hit the ground running, although a strong understanding of the marketplace would potentially be sufficient. A basic salary of £50-£70k reflects the challenge of this role, and an OTE of £120k uncapped in the first year demonstrates the rewards available. The package also includes a travel allowance of £7k, 25 days of holiday, family healthcare, contributory pension, share options after a year with the company, and much more.
