Helping governments, not-for-profits and corporations become higher performing organisations. Increasing both the efficiency and effectiveness of business and employees and executing the most cost effective method of incentivising staff. Whether it be healthcare or rewards it all boils down to introducing better practices, or making more efficient use of current schemes.
You will be responsible for further expansion of the business using a network of contacts to gain competitor intelligence and applying this knowledge to develop relative attractiveness in the marketplace. While the role is predominantly business development, there will be the opportunity to develop a rapport with already established accounts and ensuring they stay ahead of the game and remain prepared to concentrate on more pressing matters.
Ideally, you will be a candidate with a reasonable number of years experience in the Incentives or benefits sector, have a successful track record of business development and selling services to the leading corporates. An engaging, motivated and tenacious attitude is required alongside a professional appearance and manner. Comfort in dealing with all levels in a fast paced environment with constantly developing requirements is essential. Pre-existing HR contacts will be a huge benefit.
