Bid Manager

As the Bid Manager the main purpose of the role will be to lead a team with the objective of creating market leading proposals and bids for a range of opportunities; providing innovative and leading edge business solutions that maximise every opportunity.

The key responsibilities for the Bid Manager include:
- To understand the requirements, objectives and key drivers of clients.
- Define the structure of the bid and project manage all bid activities, resources and risks.
- Develop bids tailored to the requirements of each business opportunity and ensure the bid is delivered to the client on time and to the highest standard.
- Prepare client presentations
- To proof read proposals to ensure accuracy.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive library of standard collaterals.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure all proposals are tailored and deliverable.
- Liaise with other regional bid teams to share best practice.
- Liaise with external service providers, such as printers, designers and the like to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
- Observe and maintain health & safety procedures at all times.

As the successful Bid Manager you will have proven success in a bid writing environment and experience in leading a successful team.
