About the Client
Our client is a leading global commercial property consultancy firm.
About the Role
The Bid Manager will manage and improve pitch activity within a highly successful business, working on pitches from multiple global corporate companies, across sector. Further responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end bid process including production of proposals
- Be able to identify and dissect a pitch to uncover the client's key requirements
- Manage the pitch team and liaise with EMEA and global teams as necessary
- Help define messaging for each bid and develop 'creative' themes
- Coach the presentation team as needed
- Debrief both client and business teams post brief
What We’re Looking For
You will have strong bid experience gained within a professional services firm or similar corporate environment. You will have proven project management skills and be able to prioritise your work effectively. You will have excellent writing skills, be a good communicator and successful in building relationships at all levels. You will be proactive, prepared to challenge when needed and have a real passion for delivering high quality work.
About the Offer
£40,000 + bonus
