Bid Manager

Our client, a large FM Contractor in the UK are looking to secure an experienced Bid Manager for their team in the South and South West.

You will be working on all the bids and tenders that the client is working on and be responsible for the overall management of these bids.

This is a Senior post for someone with significant experience working in the FM/outsourcing environment, and will give you the opportunity to expand and grow a team beneath you. Currently, all projects are directed towards the maintenance of Defence properties; however this role would suit someone that is prepared to develop more sector exposure.

Your background:

Bid managing, estimating and cost planning at a senior level with an FM / maintenance contractor, FM consultant or perhaps come from a bid management background in the Utilities or engineering sector. Experience of hard FM / building fabric maintenance is preferred!
