Exceptional copywriting skills and attention to detail
Highly proficient in MS Office
Able to bring an innovative approach to content, presentation and process
Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task

Cool under pressure of immovable deadlines
Degree level qualification – minimum 2:1 or equivalent
3-4 years’ experience in bid managmentThe Bid manager role will support New Business and Client Services across the Group through the bid and tender (proposal) process.
The key activities of the Bid Manager will include:
Deliver completed written proposals against tender deadlines
Help shape tender solutions with the New Business/Client Services teams
Identify and re-work existing content to provide tailored responses
On-going development of new, high quality bid material
Management of the bid library to ensure documents are effectively catalogued
Work closely with a team of category specialists to ensure bid documents are completed to high level and within deadlines
Report on success rates, feedback and activity levels
