International recruitment consultancy with a range of professional recruitment brands is expanding into the Hong Kong market. Specialising in HR recruitment you will be able to leverage of the business they already have in that region via a sister brand but with a focus of building your own client base in within HR Recruitment (This is NOT a HR managers role – sales managers from Recruitment need only apply).
This senior management role needs an experienced individual who can operate across all functions of recruitment from Sales to Man-Management within the HR sector.
As the role is start up you will need to have a proven track record of winning and developing new clients within the HR arena and grow long term relationships through a quality service whilst always operating with high standards.
You must be a hands-on manager with at least 5-6 years in HR recruitment / management and happy to operate with the right balance of wanting to do sales / delivery whilst the brand builds its presence.
My client says that it is important to have the personal touch “of wanting to help people” as HR is very much that type of sector and also adept at networking as the HR is a market survives on it.
Once you are in place as a senior manager you will be responsible for hiring a team around you so a seasoned manager with a wealth of experience in this field is a priority.
Able to operate with autonomy and responsibility and report in remotely to the director who will be based in Australia.
PERSON SPEC: ATTRIBUTES, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1.Must be a manager within HR Recruitment
2.Ideally from a competitor organisation – you know who you are ! ! !
3.Ideally in HK but the company will consider UK managers wanting a move to The Far East.
4.You must enjoy the whole role of recruitment but not be an overtly salesy person as that isn’t warranted in this market – just a good ability to develop new clients and maintain that balance so strong influencing skills is more apt.
5.A high achiever, used to running a team of recruiters.
6.Must be passionate and highly motivated

This is paying circa £70k basic / HK $110k basic plus bens
