The main focus of this role will be to develop and deliver the brand and advertising research plan in order to provide superior insight into consumer perception of the brand and advertising.
You will influence the development of the customer experience measurement framework, develop and overseeing the implementation of the brand and advertising research strategy. You will project managing specific research projects and deliver, against defined business objectives. In addition champion the voice of the customer to support a customer-centric agenda & influence brand and advertising strategy based on the consumer view.
Regular engagement with senior stakeholders (Director and above) either to find ways of researching to support decision making, to gain approval to run new research activity or to debrief on research findings and consulting on the business implications

What We’re Looking For
Extensive knowledge of brand and advertising research and measurement systems
Well rounded research experience across a range of disciplines, including both qual. and quant. Methodologies
Proven experience of working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including advertising and brand agencies
Proven experience of successfully developing brand and advertising research plans and managing a significant budget across a range or research activities
Ability to interrogate and interpret customer and market data and translate this into actionable insights
Experience of operating in and building a customer-centric environment
Agency management experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellence in establishing relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Excellence in planning, organising and project management
Awareness of MRS code of conduct
Degree educated
