Broadband Fault / 3rd party Operations Manager

Rate: £50K to £60K (Permanent) + excellent bonus & benefits
At an exciting time of rapid growth, we are looking for an outstanding Broadband Fault / Customer Assurance Operations Manager to guide and collaborate with outsourced suppliers / 3rd party call centres to ensure consumer broadband faults and incidents are minimised and customer experience is enhanced for a fast-growing number of fixed line customers. You'll work closely with the organisation's customer services department and outsourced network partners to identify, track, manage and close customer faults and incidents while developing and agreeing long-term and robust fault processes, reviewing their performance and introducing improvements. You will also need to work closely with the management information manager to analyse daily dashboards on queries, faults and incidents and produce reports for senior management .

We are looking for operations managers with :
Fault Management / Incident Management experience in the Broadband / ISP, service provider or outsourced contact centre handling broadband band fixed line faults and escalations
Strong Supplier Management / Relationship experience in a fast moving and complex environment
