Broadband Fault / Incident Operations Manager
Hertfordshire - East Anglia
At an exciting time of rapid growth, we are looking for an outstanding operations manager to work closely with key outsourced suppliers / call centres to minimise customer broadband / fixed telephony faults and incidents and improve the experience of a fast-growing number of residential fixed line customers. You'll work closely with the organisation's customer services department and the outsourced network partners to identify, track, manage and close customer faults and therefore a key element of the role will involve developing and agreeing fault processes, analysing the performance of the processes and introducing improvements. Additionally, you will work with the Service Manager to implement a robust process for incident management, identifying root causes and introducing steps to reduce their occurrence. You will also need to work closely with the management information manager to analyse daily dashboards on queries, faults and incidents and produce reports for senior management etc
This role offers genuine autonomy and an opportunity to be part of a brand new operations team within one of the UKs most recognised consumer brands.
We are looking for operations managers with :
Fault Management / Incident Management experience in the Broadband or Residential Voice environment i.e.. Team Manager Broadband Faults Call Centre / Customer Service Assurance background, NMC / NOC, Service Provider, Operator backgrounds.
