Broadband Provisioning Operations Manager
Hertfordshire - East Anglia
A brand new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Provisioning Operations Manager from a fixed line broadband background to manage a significant outsourced team at a time of exciting expansion. In a key role, you will be advising and guiding the 3rd party outsourced partners, 3rd party call centre providers, internal IT partners, external Account and Operations Directors etc to ensure exceptional completion of all primary customer processes. These will include service application, upgrade, cancellations, provisioning, termination and billing processes. You'll work with a range of internal parties and 3rd party partners to identify, investigate and resolve exceptions, prepare reports to manage the progress of tasks and develop process improvements and controls.

Essential - Provisioning experience gained within an ISP, Network Provider, relevant Contact Centre environment within a Broadband / Fixed Line environment
Strong understanding of the challenges and pitfalls within a broadband provisioning / service activation operation.
Experience of managing data and performing analysis into the root causes of exceptions.
Strong operational management experience, ideally in IP Stream, SMPF, MPF.
Experience of managing 3rd party / outsourced operations advantageous.
