Building Surveying - Divisional Director
North West - North West
Our client is an extremely well respected construction & property consultancy who currently require a Divisional Director to head up and manage their building surveying division in the North West. Building surveying within the company is regarded as an area of yet further strong growth in both the public and private sectors, with cross selling off the back of established and significant project management and quantity surveying divisions.
This is a great opportunity for someone to build on an established high profile client base and continue to develop the building surveying offering in the North West.
You will be degree qualified, MRICS, with several years PQE managing your own projects, clients and team of building surveyors and currently be either already running a building surveying division in a North West PQS consultancy or be a capable No 2 looking for the next step up.
Our client requires an individual with strong front-end client development skills. This is as much a delivery role as management and leadership and, whilst you will work closely with the main board to develop and plan the growth of the business and continued integration of the building surveying service with internal business units, you will be expected to demonstrate your strategic capability.
The company is extremely entrepreneurial in its culture with a flat management structure and a very open, non-political way of working. Fees are pooled therefore negating the ‘silo mentality’ which has become so common in the industry.
