DKM IT are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Analyst who is either adept at working to Agile methodology or has worked on a project that has utilised Agile methods in the past. These are the pre-requisite requirements for this post. If you have had any experience dealing with Thoughtworks in the past then this would be highly advantageous. Whilst the most desirable analysis skills here are being able to capture business processes, any experience working with CRM processes from a customer service perspective (in relation to the technology being able to action a service request) or experience working with Social Housing business processes (specifically tenancies, rents, repairs and/or service charges) would be advantageous but by no means a pre-requisite.
