Business Analyst - Banking

City based Bank seeks a Business Analyst with excellent process mapping skills, good business acumen, a pragmatic approach to work, and the ability to produce simple business processes.

As a Business Analyst you will need to help embed Planview in to my clients processes or they will need to change their processes to embed Planview in to the department. There is already a technical resource in place, so Planview experience is not essential but a nice to have. Essentially, this will mean reviewing the current processes, changing the processes, and mapping them across the department. Once this has been completed you will need to look at the reporting requirements from the business. Senior Management will use the reports in a prescribed format and will use in all of their work. You will be looking at the information coming out, how the database is structured against the business requirements etc. The final part will be helping to up-skill the user population - documenting training needs, producing training material and so on.
