Business Analyst

The role requires you to analyse and define data and processes and to deliver solutions to business problems. You will implement and maintain documentation standards for all business analyst documents produced and liaise proactively with the business to ensure that it gets the most out of the current systems. You will also work with external suppliers which may involve an element of project management. You will have worked Previously as a Business Analyst and ideally have experience of retail type based systems with strong analytical skills. You will be a good communicator with the ability to communicate on a 1 2 1 basis and also skilled to facilitate on a group basis and be able to prepare clear, concise and unambiguous documentation. You will have a motivation to work in an independent manner, but also the ability to work in close harmony with systems development teams. Candidates may have a technical or a business background, but should be able to demonstrate the complete skill set that this role requires. It is envisaged that the split of work will be; business analysis 50%, technical analysis 20% and process analysis 30%.
