A requirement for an experienced Business Analyst with experience in business change, modelling and analysis using relevant tools has become apparent by our client.
Our client is a dynamic organisation focussing on the Air Traffic Management UK/Export markets. It is made up of a high performing account, business development and project delivery teams who deliver multi-million pound contracts to UK MOD, NATS, Civil and Export customers. They have key skill in the ATM domain knowledge, systems and software engineering.
Responsibilities of Business Analyst
+Analyse and understand existing processes and activities and the documentation of full ‘As-is' process framework,
+Develop and deliver a Vision and Strategy, conceptual business model, based around the needs of the operation and delivery of the benefits of the programme
+Use business change methodology
+Interaction and stakeholder management between the programme, the customer groups and internal departments
+Able to turn theory into practise and use project management methodologies to plan and deliver change
+The Business Analyst must be able to organise and operate workshops and information capture activities
+Successfully and quickly capture the necessary information
Experience of Business Analyst
+Proven experience and track record of delivery
+Proven experience in Process methodologies and associated tools
+Experience of Project Management disciplines
+Must be able to work well in a team (Project managers, Business and Change Analysts)
+Must have a strong business analyst and development background
+It is essential to have knowledge of business analyst modelling tools and techniques
