Business Analyst / PM

This role requires a Business Analyst with certain Project Management skills to support a service transformation into a large business change project. You will need to get to grips with the current business as is and then provide process analysis, documenting processes, design, implementation process and training needs, and help with stakeholder management. Therefore, you will be skilled in BPR, BPA Service and Business transformation Project management implementation skills and understanding of MS Office and Visio to superuser level. Local Government and HR Organasation experience would be highly advantageous.
