BUSINESS ANALYST TRADING SYSTEM

The successful candidate will have a solid business analysis background within a trade/banking/commodities environment in an IT capacity. In addition they will be strong, experienced and innovative in the way they work as this role will have a large amount of autonomy.
This is a perfect opportunity for a BA with 4-5 years experience who is now looking for a new role, to really test themselves in a challenging position in a fast moving and demanding environment.
The role will involve requirements gathering, use case analysis, documentation and involvement in the systems design in addition to interfacing with the business and discussing how improvements can be made to the system and benefit individual clients as well as the company on a whole. Will also involve providing recommendations and direction to the offshore development team. Ensuring that design, development and implementation phases are consistent with best practice procedures.
An international company based in Europe, Asia and the US - this is a superb opportunity for an IT BA with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for business analysis. With the right attitude and work ethic, this role could become a key role within IT and the business leading to development of a team in the long term.

Candidates applying should have a Business / IT related Degree with 4 years experience of working as an IT Business Analyst working with systems similar to Openlink, Triplepoint or Allegro
Business Analysis Trading systems experience is essential
Excellent communication skills essential
Previous analytical success on IT systems analysis and improvement.
