Advise on and implement operational improvement initiatives for tier 1 financial institutions.
This leading financial services advisor has worked for all of the top retail banks, insurance companies and investment managers in the UK. The constant pressures on the industry are resulting in an unprecedented demand for their services, defining and delivering operational improvement and general business improvement solutions, particularly across the distribution function. We are recruiting at senior consultant, Manager, Principal and Managing Consultant levels.
Successful candidates must have demonstrable experience across all of the following:
• Business Consulting background within either a large or SME management consultancy.
• Demonstrable and successful end to end project management experience from concept through to implementation.
• Financial services experience in either retail banking, insurance an/or asset management, with an understanding of the most significant industry trends.
• A background in specific operational improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Six Sigma or other process improvement tools.
• Experience of Operations Strategy Transformation is desirable.
• Knowledge of key trends within Banking distribution is beneficial.
