Our Client is a global independent Service Management specialist having undertaken transformation engagements in over 50 countries. Recognised as the premier supplier of consultancy, education and tools, our client has the most extensive ITIL based ITSM and Governance practice in the world. The company has been at the forefront of practical implementation of Service Management techniques since 1981 during which time it has established a world-wide delivery network. We require a responsible Business Development Manager to develop new business within named accounts across our key sectors and to take on Account Management and Business Development responsibilities for 5 top accounts. You will be selling, Service Management Consultancy; Flow Solution process automation solutions; Consultancy and Automation Software, Private Training Programs, and Prism Software. The ideal candidate can demonstrate experience in the Commercial, MSP Space/markets, have a mandatory understanding of MSP and Telco’s business and language as well as existing contacts in the MSP and Telco’s Markets. It is essential that you have experience of working on multiple accounts at various stages of development as well as successfully hunting for and securing New Business. Working as part of the business development team the role will be focused on Global Accounts and identifying new potential Enterprise accounts. Service engagements will be lead and targeted at CxO level and a proven track record of sales target achievement in a similar role is essential.
