Increasing both the efficiency and effectiveness of business support functionality and guiding the determining and executing of the best transformation solutions for an organisation, whether that means re-engineering business processes and introducing better practices, or making more efficient use of current technology and the deployment of more modern systems.
You will be responsible for further expansion of the business using a network of contacts to gain competitor intelligence and applying this knowledge to develop relative attractiveness in the marketplace. While the role is predominantly business development, there will be the opportunity to develop a rapport with already established accounts and ensuring they stay ahead of the game and remain prepared to concentrate on more pressing matters.
Ideally, you will be a candidate with a reasonable number of years experience in the Outsourcing sector, have a successful track record of business development and selling Business Process Outsourcing services to the telecommunication corporate marketplace. An engaging, motivated and tenacious attitude is required alongside a professional appearance and manner. Comfort in dealing with all levels in a fast paced environment with constantly developing requirements are essential.
