Business Development Director (£140k OTE) –Corpora

Award winning market leading firm in the corporate relocation space is looking to add a business development director to manage their sales team of 4 and also working on large accounts that involve RFP's and tenders selling in to HR and the Procurement space across the FTSE 500 market place.

Based from their European head office in London you will have complete responsibility for a sales team of 4 in the UK. You will be expected to take control and oversee all areas of the business such as business development, client management as well as ensuring the integrity of the CRM system to provide accurate reports. Working closely with your team you will also be expected to attend client meetings with the sales team in order to assist closing multi-million pound deals.

The ideal candidate will have had sales management experience selling in to the HR or Procurement market places of large corporate whilst being able to demonstrate achieving multi-million dollar targets. You will also need to be someone who is comfortable working with RFP's and tenders.

Full product and sales training will be given once you join the company. On offer is an attractive base salary of between £55-70k with an ote of £140k, contributory pension, health and 25 days holiday. An aggressive salary structure with an uncapped OTE, additionally this company also have a policy of internal promotion. Ongoing training and career development opportunities are offered.
