My client is a Global Leader in Food & Facilities Management. The business has seen positive growth over the last three years but now has a strategic agenda to aggressively pursue further business opportunities to increase turnover (and profit) from its UK Facilities Management Division. This drive could see the business expand three fold over the next thirty six months. A tall order - perhaps - but that is where you come in.
The MD has been strengthening the senior team with a strong focus on attracting real talent - talent that can go into the market and attract new clients. So, your role is pretty simple - win business, negotiate contracts, build long lasting relationships and deliver profit.
Winning business will undoubtedly come from new clients and you will develop a business strategy as to how to attract them given the external competition you will face. You will also have the potential of leveraging off the existing client base, those organisations who do not take advantage of the broad range of services that are available to them.
You will have a background in Business Development in the Facilities Management Sector. You will be comfortable in negotiating at very senior levels and have the personal credibility and kudos both externally and across all divisions within the business. Your personal drive will be exceptional and you will have an outstanding track record of profit generation.
