Rate: £70K to £90K (Permanent) + 40% OTE + Multipliers + £6.5k Car Allowance

Our client, who offers a wide range of award winning innovative and versatile services and products including marketing services, interactive solutions, analytics and credit referencing, is looking to recruit a Business Development Director within their Marketing Solutions Division.

The Business Development Director will work as an important member of the Marketing Solutions Division Board and hold the shared responsibility of driving this arm of the business towards on-going growth and success, through leadership of the UK Sales team. They will ensure that all business goals and objectives are achieved by holding an exemplary, positive morale and taking a hands-on approach in driving the overall sales. They will hold additional responsibilities for the following:

• Provide accurate Sales Forecasts and Planning Processes
• Protecting of all client and external relationships
• Ensuring high standards of client delivery
• Ensuring optimal use of resources

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of managing high performing sales teams, along with a strong commercial focus within the Marketing arena. They will have a proven track record of closing deals, along with excellent negotiation skills and a consultative approach. All candidates must hold a full UK Driving License.
