An innovative award winning global player within the loyalty management and marketing incentive programmes market place is looking to add to their team as part of their continued success and growth of their EMEA based team. They are looking for a strong business development director to lead their new business sales team winning business within the retail market place offering a range of innovative offerings based around customer loyalty schemes.

The Role:
As a business development director you will be the lead new business sales professional targeting the retail market place offering a range of loyalty management schemes that deliver a very strong ROI to both retailers and large consumer brands. You will be conversing with and pitching and presenting to a range of decision makers within the retail space such as marketing, brand managers through to "C" suite decision makers.

The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful senior new business sales professional / Business Development Director with a track record of success within the retail and FMCG market places. Any exposure to marketing services or marketing technology would be highly advantageous however not essential as you will have support in house from loyalty management and customer loyalty scheme professionals to act as the technical expertise of the sales process

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience with a healthy commission plan which is uncapped and based on a very conservation target of £75,000-£90,000 pension, health, plus a range of benefits etc. Also on offer for the right person is a rapid and rewarding career progression path as the company continues with its growth strategy across EMEA including opportunities to move in to management or potential to start your own business unit within the business focus on a particular area of interest / strength as they have implemented this several times in the past and will continue to do so as part of their growth strategy for the EMEA region.
