This global market leader is one of the largest professional services firms in the world and is a member of the exclusive club of the “Big 4” auditors. Within this competitive sector, this forward thinking organisation has made a structural change to how they manage their key client base. Due to this change, they now require the services of polished, senior sales professional to nurture and develop a selection of pivotal Blue Chip accounts.
As the title of the position suggests, this is a highly strategic Business Development Director role, in which you will be charged with the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities within key existing accounts. Through liaising with C level management, you must have the ability to gain a complete overview of the structure and operational practices of your clientele's business. You will be offering a full solution around advisory, assurance, tax and transaction services.
You will be dealing with senior management within some of the countries biggest companies. As such you must be a polished, articulate sales professional. You will have experience selling a range of professional services into enterprise level accounts and with this, have a proven sales track record.
The exciting aspect to this role is that although you will receive all the benefits expected from a large multinational organisation; career advancement opportunities, career stability and future role diversification, due to the nature of the role you will not just be another cog within the machine. You will have the opportunity to think outside of the box and present strategies for your business. Although package is negotiable dependent on your previous experience, initial indications are a base salary of between £80k-£90k.
