About the Role
The Business Development Director will focus on driving business across the firm's priority accounts in Scotland . They will work alongside the Client Services Partners to create account plans and develop accounts through the building of targeted relationships and relevant client solutions.
Further responsibilities will include:
Working alongside Partners to deliver the revenue targets for key accounts
Take ownership of certain key accounts and drive success within them
Monitor the pipeline of new and developing business, across multiple service lines
Drive growth in non-audit accounts
Lead the pursuit and proposal process for key accounts
What We’re Looking For
You will have a proven track record in business development and account management, and be an excellent relationship builder, having developed successful relationships at 'C' level. You will have achieved demonstrable results in selling professional services solutions within a partnership environment or similar, managing complex sales processes, pulling together multiple propositions and managing long sales cycles. Knowledge of the Scottish market place and of the key industries in this area would be a real advantage. Highly commercial and perceptive, you will also have a proven ability to lead diverse teams. You will have strong leadership qualities, be driven, resilient and determined
