Business Development Director – LONDON - Testing, Assessment and Talent Management. £50k - £70k Basic, £100k OTE plus Car & Benefits
With offices in all the major business hubs around the world my client is a leading global provider of Testing, Assessment and Talent management Solutions services in to the FTSE100 Companies. They are currently looking for a top end Business Development Director to maximize high value opportunities within there existing account base of FTSE 250 clients.
Based in London and working directly with the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing at board level relationships with 14 existing FTSE 250 accounts. You will be selling there full portfolio of Testing, Assessment solutions and Coaching & Consultancy services were possible and delivering this in the professional and pro-active manor that my client has built is first class reputation upon.
There ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience selling high value solutions and have a very proactive and motivated approach to there work. A psychology or related degree would be desirable but not essential as they are looking for the right cultural fit as much as anything else.
