Business Development Director - Testing + Assessme

A leading provider of testing, assessment and talent management Solutions with offices throughout the world, most notably; London, New York and Hong Kong are looking for a Business Development Director to join their ranks. Their solutions offer a full range of HR services that cover; competency, Development, ability screening & testing, personality testing and training.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will work with an account base of 12 FTSE 250 accounts where you will develop board level relationships. In addition to this you will be expected to network clients and contacts to generate new business leads and introduce my client as the supplier of choice within high value clients. Your services will include a full portfolio of Testing and Assessment solutions as well as Consultancy and Coaching.
They are looking for someone with a stable background with the ability to demonstrate success at selling a high value solution. You will be dealing with C level clients from FTSE250 clients and you should be polished with the ability to communicate and influence senior level decision makers. Culture fit is key and a positive proactive approach is key to success in this role. A degree in Psychology or a related field would be advantageous.
