The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be seeking new business opportunities, both by self-generating and via warm leads. With an established brand name behind you, you will be creating tailored solutions from the broad portfolio on offer. This unrivalled Hotel Software portfolio encompasses booking software, reservation management software, property management software
and anything cloud-based you could need in a hotel. Selling these trusted software solutions, you will be approaching the Hotel sector, across independents and chains. Liaising with senior level decision makers, you will be representing the company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
To excel in your role as Business Development Market you must have experience and knowledge within the Hotel arena. You must have an in-depth understanding of how a hotel runs and the management structure within. Ideally you will come from a sales position, i.e. reservation sales agent or MICE sales executive. You will have a proven track record against targets, with a strong understanding of the key decision makers in the space. With a target-driven attitude, you will strive to achieve and exceed all given targets.

The Package:
On offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. On top of this there is an excellent commission structure in place, bringing your first year OTE up to £70,000.
