Business Development Manager, BPO into Telecoms

The world leaders in management consulting and IT services, dedicated to helping its client companies to develop and transform their organizations at every step of the value chain. Due to on-going success and buzz within the BPO Home Based Workers arena they are now looking for a number of Senior Business Development Mangers to drive New Business forward.

The roll will involve you dealing with Senior Board level decision makers, presenting, evaluating and managing their total Business Processes. The Marketplace our client is looking to aim their outsourcing solution to will be the top 500 in the U.K, with a key focus on the Telecommunications vertical.

The right individual will come form a BPO, or total outsourcing background with the ability to managed multi-million pound deals at board level. They are also looking for people who have Pan-European experience so being multi-lingual will be a major advantage but not essential. Having worked closely and helped develop virtual teams and also direct teams, you communication and leadership skills to maximise revenue streams within deals will be essential. The most successful candidate will come from a total New Business background, and still be able to pick up the phone, and hunt New Business to achieve annual revenue targets set.

In return there will be an offer and excellent basic salary of between £60k and £80k, with an earning potential to at least double. Car allowance, pension, health care and life insurance are also on offer for the successful candidate.
